Blue Ridge powder coat could be described as a slate blue appearance. It is a satin finish, meaning it isn’t super shiny but still very easy to clean.
Powder Coated panels are suggested for high use areas, such as a Kitchen/Laundry splashback, Bathrooms etc. Powder Coating does not have to be completed for ceiling or feature wall projects.
Powder Coating is a baked on finish @ approx. 200 degrees Celsius and above. We use local powder coaters and lead time is around 2-3 weeks.
To cut panels to size, we recommend heating the panels up, this makes the panels malleable. This can simply be done by placing them in a warm area, e.g. window with direct sunlight. Here at Pressed Tin Panels® we use a heat gun on the face of the panels @ 600 degrees.
To clean, use non-abrasive products such as a spray & wipe (sponge, cloth etc). If you think this colour will work perfect in your space, order a free sample today.
